what is the difference between net banking and digital cash?

Net banking is broader in scope as compared to digital cash. Digital cash only includes payments of good and services procured electronically without physically visiting any bank or intermediatory. Net banking, on the other hand, also includes transferring money from one account to another, setting up regular payment schedules etc.
