Personalised application means the application of principles depends on person as the use of knowledge differs from person to person. The way principles are applied depends on the individuals, the approach of managers are different and they apply principles as per their skills.

Creativity and practice means the manager becomes creative and efficient with practice. Creativity comes by applying principles in various situations differently
