What is the difference between: (please answer according to ICSE) i)beta particle and an electron ii)Alpha particle and a helium nucleus?

Dear student,
i)- Beta particles are actually electrons. They can not be differentiated. The only thing is, unlike electron beta particles generated during nuclear reaction or decay process.
ii)-Alpha particles consist of two protons and two neutrons bound together into a particle identical to a helium nucleus. This is produced in the process of alpha decay. Helium atom is composed of two electrons in orbit around a nucleus containing two protons along with either one or two neutrons.Alpha particle is identical to nucleus of a helium atom, which comprises two protons and two neutrons.
