What is the difference between primary carnivore and secondary carnivore?

​The difference between primary carnivores and secondary carnivore:
​Primary carnivores are the carnivores that eat meat first of all and secondary carnivores are who eat the primary carnivores.
​Example:A food chain:-
​Wheat Plant-Rat-Tiger-Lion{- means eaten by}
​In this food chain Tiger is the primary carnivore and Lion is a secondary carnivore.Basicaly The secondary carnivores are those who eat other carnivores and primary ones who eat flesh.
