What is the difference between the Backward Class and Other Backward classes?

The difference between the backward class and other backward class is presented below:-
1. Backward class (BC) are low caste who have no potential to improve their situation in the foreseeable future. On the other hand, other backward class (OBC) are low caste who have money and good enough education
2.Backward class means SC, ST and OBC but OBC means those backward who are not covered in SC and ST
