What is the differences between weedicides and fertilisers?

Dear Student

Weedicides refers to a herbicides which is used to kill unwanted plants i.e. weeds from the field.
For example fluchloralin and isoproturon are few examples of weedicides.

Any organic or inorganic material of natural or synthetic origin that is added to a soil to supply one or more plant nutrients essential to the growth of plants is called fertilizer .
Substances like urea, ammonium sulphate, potassium chloride, potassium sulphate, NPK (nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium) etc. are various types of fertilisers used by farmers which help them obtain a better yield of crops.
