What is the full meaning of THEORY OF RELATIVITY

In short, theory of relativity was developed by the famous physicist Albert Einstein to explain the behavior of objects at very high speeds (close to the speed of light). These are also known as relativistic speeds and the theory predicts some very unusual results. For example, it says that an object would appear to shrink at such speeds and time would slow down. These predictions have been experimentally proven time and time again.
