What is the number of categories of gst for accounting purpose.

Number of categories of GST for accounting purpose is 4.

As, there are four types of GST :-
​​​​​1. CGST : Levied on every transaction within the state or union territory.
2. SGST : Levied on every transaction within state Or union territory having own legislature.
3. UTGST : levied on every transaction within union territory who don't have their own legislature.
4. IGST : levied on inter state transaction.
