What is the property of Teflon because of which it is used in non stick ware .

Solution: 

 A thin coating of Teflon becomes hot when a pan coated with Teflon is put on fire.This heat is used to cook food.Teflon is non- reactive and donot allow the food to stick.Therefore, cooking pans are coated with Teflon.  

Hence, the property is non reactive and non corrosive.
