What is the volume of a solution of concentration 9.6 % (mass by volume) if 33.6 gram of a solute is dissolved in it?? Show equation also.
Dear Student,
According to question
Solute + Solvent = Solution
9.6 gm of solute is dissolved in 100 ml of solution
Hence 1 gm of solute is dissolved in = 100 ml / 9.6
then 33.6 gm will be dissolved in = (100 / 9.6) x 33.6 = 350 ml
Hence required volume of Solution is 350 ml.
