Here is the answer to your question.
 
Any positive integer ending with the digit 0 is divisible by 5 and so its prime factorization must contain the prime number 5.

4n = (22) = 22n = 2*2 *2 *2 *2 ..... 2n terms
 
 
The prime numbers in the factorization of 4n are 2 only. 5 does not occur in the prime factorization of 4n.
 
∴ 4n does not end with the digit 0 for any natural number n.
