The correct option is (4) i.e. secondary nucleus.
The secondary nucleus is diploid while rest three are haploid in nature. Secondary nucleus is found in all angiosperms. At the time of double fertilization one male gamete fuses with this secondary nucleus and gives rise to primary endosperm nucleus.
