What will be the cause of the end of the world if was to be perished twice

Some believe that fire can bring destruction of the existing world. But if the existing world has to be destroyed twice, then ice is strong enough to do this job. The poet has experienced enough hatred in this world. Ice symbolises cold nature that is  devoid of human feeling which leads to hatred. Hence, ice itself is sufficient to cause destruction of this world.
