if the earth's axis becomes vertical then the duration of day and night will b e equal and there is neither hot or cold in the both hemispheres.

1.If the Earth's axis become vertical then there will be no seasonal change. as sunrays will always fall same on both the hemisphere.
2. no lunar eclipse.
3. day and night are always equal - 12 hours.
4. Polar star will not remain in same position.
