What will happen if the percentage of oxygen and carbon dioxide are reversed

Dear Student
In situation where oxygen will be 0.03% and carbon dioxide 20.9% there will be no life possible on planet as we inhale air where oxygen binds to haemoglobin but it cannot bind with carbon dioxide to carry out normal function. Likewise plants photosynthesis and respiration will be effected.
Hope this information will clear your doubts about topic.

By volume, dry air contains 78.09% nitrogen, 20.95% oxygen, 0.93% argon, 0.04%carbon dioxide, and small amounts of other gases. Air also contains a variableamount of water vapor, on average around 1% at sea level, and 0.4% over the entire atmosphere.

THERE WILL BE NO LIFE AS THERE WILL BE LESS AMOUNT OF OXYGEN AND MORE AMOUNT OF CARBON DIOXIDE

If the rates were reversed then oxygen will be only 1 per cent and  carbon dioxide will be 21 per cent. So when plants inhale carbon dioxide they also release oxygen we need to survive. So, if we do not cut trees and plant more trees we will be safe and we will still be able to survive even if the rates are reversed. This is because everything on earth has a balance.
