What will happen if the sperms are chilled inside the scrotal sac?

Scrotal sacs are sensitive to a temperature and pain. Sperm require the right conditions and a cool temperature to form properly. Thus scrotum has a built in thermostat. The scrotum will contract on cold days and bring the testicles closer to or even inside the body and hang lower on hot days so they can keep cooler.
