What would be impact on Production Possibility Curve , in case if there is a loss of humans and materials due to natural calamities?

In case of natural calamities, PPC shifts leftwards as there is loss of resources due to which production reduces below the potential level.
 Initial PPC is PP'. Due to loss of resources, the PPC will shift left to P₁P_1.
