WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF WE TAKE EXCESS OF VITAMINS , MINERALS AND PROTEINS IN OUR DIET

Our body needs proteins, vitamins, and minerals. The body needs different amounts of nutrients at different ages. Any lack or excess of these nutrients can cause serious health problems and diseases. So, it is advisable to have a balanced diet according to your body, height, weight, and age group.
  • Dehydration and kidney problems may arise if a person is taking too much protein in the diet. 
  • Excess intake of minerals like Iron can lead to nausea, bloody stools, diarrhea, dizziness, etc. 
  • If we start consuming  Vitamin A in excess, it can damage the liver, can lead to severe headaches, bone pain, blurred vision, dry skin, and vomiting.
