What would you observe when Mno2 reacts with conc HCl

Black coloured manganese dioxide on treating with conc. HCl gives light brown coloured MnCl₂ with the evolution of greenish yellow chlorine gas.
MnO₂ + 4HCl → MnCl₂+ 2H₂O + Cl₂
