when a body can itself produce antibodies through immune system so why there is a need of vaccination?

Vaccination is necessary as some anti bodies are not produced by our immune system. We can recover faster if we take vaccine.

the need of vaccination is necessary because there are some antibodies which our immune system cannot produce. also in some cases the body is inefficient to produce antibodies against diseases, so those people need vaccination to protect from the infections.
