when and how did Hitler attained the power

Hitler began rising to power in September 1919 when he first joined politics. 
Hitler got the Reichstag to pass the very infamous Enabling act on 23 March 1933.
In the year 1933, he was appointed Chancellor of Germany. 

Enabling act basically allow3e Hitler to pass any laws on any issue without the consent of the Parliament.

Hitler attained power in March1933 after the Reichstag adopt the enabling act of 1933 in that month giving expanded authority. President Paul von Hindenburg had already appointed Hitler as chancellor on 30 January 1933 after a series of parliamentary elections and association backroom intrigue.
