Which atom gives more energy when they are splitted: Radioactive hydrogen or Uranium ?

Dear Student,
Please find below the solution to the asked query:

Radioactive hydrogen is Tritium which splits to give Helium-3 by beta decay as the reaction shown below:
                            31T --> 32He1+ +e- + Ve-
The energy released in this process is 18.6 KeV

Uranium splits by the Fission reaction splitting into two nuclei and releasing 3 neutrons.
The reaction is :
1on + 235U   -->    14156Ba + 9236Kr + 31on + Energy [200MeV]

The energy released in the process is about 200MeV which is approximately equal to = 200000KeV

Thus Uranium gives more energy after splitting.
