New Delhi is known as mini India because people from each and every corner of India live here ,belonging to different-different religions, culture hailing from distinct socio-economic backgrounds etc.
All of these give a picture of pan-India in this city, so New Delhi is known as Mini India .
If a question is asked which country is called Mini India then it’s answer will be Mauritius .
Explanation:- Mauritius has approximately 75% population of Indian origin and the country is literally run by Indian people. We have got several institutes and centres named after famous Indian personalities like Mahatma Gandhi ,Rabindranath Tagore ,pandit Jawaharlal Nehru ,Swami Vivekananda etc.
Since people are living for a long time a cultural inter relationship has been developed and is approaching towards a more fruitful way governments of both the Nations are planning to propose cultural exchange programme to enable students understand the cultures of both the nation's more effectively.
