Alkali metals like lithium (Li), sodium(Na), potassium(K) etc.
2)Some alkaline earth metal like Calcium (Ca) (Ref-1)
2)Aluminum (Al), Gallium (Ga)(melting point of Ga is 30 oC)
3)Lead (Pb),

can be cut by a steel-knife.

I hope This Help

Hi,

All metals cannot be cut with knife. Only sodium, potassium and calcium can be cut with knife because they are soft in nature.

Hope it helps.
Cheers!

sodium, potassium, lithium, calcium(mostly the highly reactive metals) can be cut by a knife.

sodium and potatium can be cut by knife

Metals are generally hard except, sodium, lithium and potassium, which can be easily cut with a knife, as they are highly reactive.

Due to the presence of weak metallic bonding alkali metals are soft and can be cut with a knife. ii) Reactivity of metals depends on ionization energy or ionization enthalpy. Ionization enthalpy of an element depends on its atomic radius. ... Therefore, potassium is more reactive than sodium.
