Which of the two houses of state legislature is powerful? Why?

Hey there! The Vidhan sabha is the most powerful house of the state legislature. This is because the people have elected their leaders because in our country we follow democracy in which each person has a right to vote. So the leaders represent the people.It is also these leaders who spend the public's money by collecting in the form of tax. It is the Vidhan Sabha which can make important changes within a state, ie. building roads, improving sanitation and agriculture, etc. And hence the Vidhan sabha is the powerful one in the state legislature
