Which type of house made in tripura and what is the benefit os making this type of house.whether it reflect any relationship with climatic condition

in tripura houses  are made above the ground level using bamboo sticks it is done because in tripura amount of rainfall is high due to  which the house on ground may get flow .thus it is done to protect the houses from heavy rainfall.
