  • A PUBLIC PROCECUTOR : The public prosecutor is the person who represents the interests of the state.
  • THE DEFENCE LAWYER : The job of the defence lawyer is to defend the person. If a person is not having a lawyer to fight hisher case he she is given a lawyer by the magistrate.
  • THE JUDGE : The job of a judge is to conduct a fair trial in an oper court.he hears all the witnesses presented and then give the decission. his judgement will be impatial.
