who had a better government magadh or vajji

a. It would be very subjective to conclude as to whether vajji or magadh had better government as they had different form of government.
b. Method of ruling was stronger in Magada which emerged as a powerful kingdom and was ruled by two powerful rulers Bimbisara and Ajatasattu.Mahapadma Nanda was another important ruler who extended his control up to the north-west part of the subcontinent
c. Whereas Vajji would be considered as more prosperous as there were at times thousands of men who ruled together who were known as rajas. It had a different form of government
d. In Vajji, the method of governance was stronger. since its way of functioning and administration was different.
e. Rajas there had continuous assemblies and meetings, they decided and acted together, they follow established rules and took advise.
f. Magadh has strong rulers who brought about prosperity and power to the empire.
