Who has written extensively on patliputra

a. ​Megasthenes, who was an envoy sent by the Greek ruler Seluscus , wrote an account on Pataliputra.
b. Seleucus negotiated a peace settlement and ceded Alexander's Indian territories to Chandragupta. 
c. This peace agreement was negotiated by his Greek ambassador  Megasthenes.
d. It was  Megasthenes who wrote an extensive account on Pataliputra.
