who is tramecksan and what is his role

Tramecksan refers to the conservative political party of Lilliput. The Tramecksans were distinguishable by their high heeled shoes. They were supposed to be the followers of the original teachings of the Blundrecal and hence were in opposition to the Slamecksans or the low heeled. The king of Lilliput was said to be a Slamecksan in political beliefs while the heir apparent a Tramecksan.
