Fiber is the thread obtains from plants (cotton) or animals (wool) that is used to weave. Fabric is the cloth that has been weaved by the fiber.

Fibres are the fine threads which are woven together to form fabric while fabric is the finished piece of cloth made from fibres,which can be used to make clothes or other items.
