Why Andalusian fowl is an example of incomplete dominance? The hybrids appear blue due to occurrence of both black and white (parental traits ) together ... So shouldn't it be codominance?

Incomplete dominance is a phenomenon in which none of the contrasting alleles are dominant.
Co-dominance is a phenomenon in which both the alleles are able to express themselves independently when present together.
In incomplete dominance of both alleles has almost equal effect on the phenotype.Hence, the result is intermediate character of the hybrid due to blending. Therefore,in case of Andalusian fowl,we obtain blue appearance in the F1generation. On selfing of F1 individual, the F2 generation consists of black, white and blue.
