from the indus valley civilization to today water was,is and will be one of the most important resource in our daily lives we use water for almost each and every thing we do.water is mostly found in rivers, ponds and lakes, ponds and lakes provide very less quantity of water and therefore rivers were used.eg-the indus valley civilization was built on the banks of river indus for the convinience of people to collect water from the river. Till today we mostly get our municipal water from these rivers, extremities of it having too little or too much water it can be can result in severe drought or flood.if this draught or flood occurs it results in failure of crops which cause famines and therefore rivers are considered as the life line of people.

if u liked it and if it helped u pls give me a thumbs up!!!!!!
