Why can't a dead cell get plasmolysed ?

This is because movement of water cannot takes place in dead cell. In a plasmolysis process is where the plant cell when paced under hypertonic solution it loses a great amount of water and its the cell membrane detaches from the cell wall. The cytoplasm pulls away from the cell wall due to the loss of water through osmosis in a hypertonic solution.
