actually it is wet and consist the smallest amount of particles and very smooth and if we give any shape to it, it will remain same and solid after drying so thats why clayey soil is used to make pots and toys

Sandy soils are thick and won't consume water while loamy soil is soft, light and it would consume water easily.

Clayey soil retains water/moisture thereby holding the soil particles in place.... This is why clayey soil is used to make toys etc.

BECUASE IT COANTAINS MOSTLY CLAY AND IS HEAVIER AND ITS PARTICLES ARE ALSO CLOSE TO EACH AIR ITS PERCOLATION RATE IS ALSO VERY HIGH
