have a fixed period of revolution That is why, they are also used
as timekeepers Consider as an example, the Halley's Comet It has a
period of revolution of 76 years So if we see the Halley's Comet
today (We wont But just for your understanding) and we see the
Halley's comet after a long time, and we did not know the year,
Then we can say that 76 years have passed since the last time we
saw it This why we can use comets to know the time
