Forest dweller used to migrate during the medivel period because they were sometimes pushed out of their lands due to the spread of agricultural settlement.

During the medieval period due to increase of agriculture work the farmers and peasants felt there was lack of land to do agriculture. So they started clearing the forests . There were many forest dwellers in the forest who lost their natural habitat . Some of the forest dwelers turned into peasants and joined the other peasants and started doing agriculture work to earn a living. Whereas the rest of the forest dwellers migrated to other forests as they felt more comfortable in the forests .
