WHY DID THE SPEAKER WISH THAT THE GREAT STONE FACE WOULD SPEAK?

The speaker wish that the Great Stone Face would speak as he it looked too polite he thought that the words which will be heard by all people from it will be too clam and its will have the energy. and also the speciality  that will relax the speaker.
