Why do thallophytes do not have vuscular system??

Dear student, Thallophyta is the most basic group of classification of plants among the kingdom Plantae. They are predominantly aquatic plants, often known as algae. They neither have specialed vascular tissues for the conduction of water and other substances, nor do they have a well differentiated body design and structure. Examples :- Spirogyra, ulva, ulothrix, chara, cladophora. Regards
