Omprakash valmiki was treated unequally as he was a dalit and he had to sit on the floor in the class and his principal used to make him sweep the whole playground one time his father saw this and fought with the principal

OMPRAKASH VALMIKI WAS TREATED UNEQUALLY BECAUSE HE BELONG TO A LOWER CASTE & AT THAT TIME PEOPLE DO UNTOUCHABLITY ,HE HAD TO DO THE WORK OF THE WORKERS AT OUR SCHOOL BUT DON'T YOU THINK THAT HE SHOULD ALSO BE TREATED AS A MAN , A HUMAN , THESE DISCRIMINATIONS ARE MADE BY US AND NOW PERSONS LIKE VALMIKI GET A PUNISHMENT I THINK THIS IS THE PROBLEM WHOSE MEDICINES ARE NOT AVALABLE TO ANY DOCTOR MAY HE BELONG TO A UPPER CASTE ,RELIGION, RACE, CREEDE ETC.

because he is a Low caste family person. everyone are very rich ,so he Sat On The Floor and learnt education in government school. after school gets over the teacher tells him to see the every classes and grounds.

Although he wanted to study and attend the lectures but his teachers and the american students who studied there didn't alloweded him to do so. He was nnot alloweded to sit between all people, because he was dalit he had to sit on the floor. The teachers and students beated him upon anything just to show that they were special and you are an untouchable,lower caste boy. There are many things about how he was discriminated in his school which he had discribed in his book Joothan. One of the story that he describes that- A day when he was in class 4,the headmaster asked him to sweep the playground. He describes that the playground was a big one. At one side he was sweeping out the playground and at one side the american student were attending lectures and then what happened was quite interesting, his fater saw his doing all this and he took omprakash to his headmaster and said tha his son will there and it that scholl itself. This was the way he was discriminated.

Omprakash Valmiki was actually in the Dalit caste because of which he was treated unequally. He along with other lower caste students were made to sit on the ground but at the same time the higher caste students would sit on chairs. He was even made to clean the whole school. He was not even allowed to drink water from the community water tap, just because he was a Dalit.
