Why does one leading strand in replicating fork is continous and laging strand is dis continous?

incase of leading strand it is continuous as its template with polarity 3' to 5'
while incase of lagging template with polarity 5' to 3'.

The DNA dependent DNA polymerase catalyses polymerisation only in 5'-3' direction which creates some additional complications at replicating fork.
Therefore it is continuous on leading template and discontinuous on lagging template.
