Why does the queen think that Gulliver is cowardly? Do you think he is? Why?

The queen thinks Gulliver to be cowardly as he has difficulty in dealing with the flying insects in the air. Gulliver constantly fears these bugs and so the queen finds him a coward. However, we do not think that Gulliver was a coward. Had he been a coward, he would not have been successful in creating an impression upon the king and the queen.
