why dose'nt gulliver want to return to mankind??

Gulliver is so enraptured and impressed by the Houyhnhnms, and their way of living that he starts to think of mankind as Yahoos, who were the barbaric indigenous population of the land. Hence he does not want to return to mankind, and spend his life living amongst the Houyhnhnms.
