Why had people from Bangladesh left their own fields and come to settle in the slums of seemapuri?

THEY LEFT BANGLADESH BCAZ OF STORM WHICH DESTROYED THEIR HOUSES, SO THEY HAVE TO MOVE TO DELHI AS REFUGEES.
