Why I don't feel sleepy during exam days but feels sleepy in normal days?

Dear Student,
Sleeplessness during exams is mainly caused due to several factors, such as stress, anxiety, etc.
It is recommended that you eat healthy, and sleep during exams in order to perform better. As stress always has a negative impact on health and thereby exams too, you can practice meditation and yoga to feel refreshed. Some light exercise might also help.
