It is said that rock cycle has neither a beginning nor an end because :
the three types of rocks igneous , metamorphic and sedimentary change from one to another , this process does not end .
for ex:an igneous rock undergoes weathering and soil erosion and turns into a sedimentary rock . this sedimentary rock further undergoes heat and pressure to form metamorphic rock . The metamorphic rock under the earth's surface melts and cools to form igneous rock and the cycle goes on..
