rural area is lagging behind in every spehere of developement. the new economic policy also ignored rural infrastructural developement. infrastructure is the base for devp bt rural areas have underdeveloped infrastructure. people r not ready to serve in rural areas . for eg more than 10 lakh people become doctors every year bt they r not willing to serve in rural areas. rural areas do not have good primary heath infrastructures. infact more than half of hospitals are located in cities whereas 70% of indias population live in villages. proper education facility is also not provided . teachers r not efficient . we still follow outdated syllabus etc.
