Why should justice be impartial

as these generations have the power of corruption which can be take over by any man but not by judge if the justice will not be impartial than crimes will at his best level

Justice should b impartial as bcoz of it only the crimes r at their best level means they r solved properly and if justice is not at all impartial then all the crimes will not b solved properly and they would not b at their best level

1. Judiciary is one of the pillars of democracy.
2. Democracy offers its citizens, religions and cultures to bossom and enjoy freedom of speech and action.
3. It also empowers government to administer and work for the development and growth of the country.
4. Nonetheless, it lays down boundaries for such freedom and power.
5. Therefore in interest of all Judiciary independently tries and punishes the wrong doers.
6. It is thus obvious that impartial justice would upset the very objective and poison democratic set up, sometimes beyond repair.

Judiciary should be impartial because if the court will be npt in anyone's favours then the right thing will win otherwise who have more ppwer and more money that pesron can win the case by giving money or with power.In this way the right person didn't get justice which he should get.So,that's why the Judiciary should be impartial.
