why should we not tease street animals?

As we feel disturb if anybody tease ourselves, as same animals can also feel disturbs so we cannot tease animals.

Because they are animal and can't share there feeling with anyone okhe think if some one slaps you, you will cry and say to your relative's and friends in psychology it said that if you share your feeling with anyone pain automatically your pain will remove but don't have this power so don't tease dogs they are also living beings
