why should you not eat only one type of food

Because if we eat one type of food, our digestion system will not work properly.

we should not only eat one type of food because as you know that there are five components of food so if you only eat fasts and no minerals vitamins etc you might get diseases such as dibetes

We will not get all the varieties of nutrients as we are drinking only milk and we will have diseases like Beriberi, Scurvy, Goitre, anaemia etc. for the lack of nutrients.Therefore we should eat different kinds of food everyday.
